Sport Speed - Acceleration Program
3 week training program for the development of acceleration for all sports. Included is a written program covering a 3 week intensification, containing exercise descriptions and areas of focus for each component of the program to be taken to the workout facilities. 8 Videos with 115 minutes of video descriptions and explanations accompanies the program. Improvements in first step explosive power, quickness, technique, and overall acceleration ability are a guarantee following this program. Designed for all athletes, the program favors higher levels.
